Terms of use

These terms govern the use of hazecam, made by Davila Studios. By installing or using the app, you agree to them.

Davila Studios grants you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use hazecam on your own Apple devices, subject to these terms and to Apple's standard App Store usage terms. The app, the hazecam name, the cameras and film stocks it simulates, its design and its code belong to Davila Studios. Using the app does not transfer any of those rights to you.

hazecam offers three subscription plans: weekly, monthly, and yearly. All three start with a 3-day free trial. Once the trial ends, the subscription renews automatically at the price of the plan you chose, charged to your Apple account, until you cancel.

Payment is processed entirely by Apple. To cancel and avoid the next charge, cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, in iPhone Settings, under your name, in Subscriptions.

Canceling does not refund the amount already paid for the current period. Any refund is handled by Apple, under its own policies, not by hazecam or Davila Studios.

The lifetime plan is a one-time purchase, with no renewal and no free trial. Once purchased, access to the paid cameras is unlocked for good on that Apple ID, and can be restored on any iPhone signed in with the same account.

If you switch iPhones or reinstall the app, use the restore purchase option inside hazecam to recover what you already paid for, with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

The videos you record with hazecam are yours. Davila Studios claims no rights over them and has no access to them: they stay only on your iPhone. You can use, edit, publish, or delete your videos as you wish.

If you import a third-party LUT file (.cube) to build a camera of your own, you are responsible for having the right to use that file. hazecam only applies the file you chose: it does not supply, verify, or take responsibility for the origin or license of third-party LUTs.

hazecam runs on iPhones with iOS 17 or later. We do not guarantee that the app will work on every model or every iOS version, or that a given iOS version will remain compatible in the future. The app is provided as is, without a warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

You agree not to use hazecam to record or distribute illegal content, and not to attempt to bypass the app's purchase protections.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.

We may update these terms as the app changes. The effective date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
